While in Bandung, I have been drawing on these small square canvases. It has been a while since I created the last piece. Perhaps on a roll following Inktober, I drew this this morning.

One of the challenges while in Bandung is not having all my art materials with me, So, this was drawn using markers I bought for a work project. I made sure I used all the markers.

Bird Domino - free printable

Created this as part of a learning package for Mandarin that is based on the concept of introducing Chinese words according to their radical. This is a domino-inspired game. When played using just 1 set by 1 player, it is just matching the word with the picture. When a few sets are printed, it can be played just like domino. All players are given the same number of cards, the first player would put down a card, and the next would have to find one side where a match of word and picture is found. Here's your free printable - 2 images make a set.



All illustrations are original creations made using Inkpad on the iPad. Really cool app and can be rather addictive too. Vector drawings done with my finger and not a stylus.
