One Man's Trash
Tim Noble and Sue Webster created this wonderful piece of art. A beautiful play on shadows and looking at and beyond what is right before your eyes (did you notice the seagulls?).

IF - Pattern
Drew this today.
Pattern making with potato printing - would most of us have tried that at some point in our childhood?
For Illustration Friday.

Pop Up Card at KBCC
It was fun sharing with the group at KBCC how to make this pop-up card.
A little complicated but we persevered. And our creativity shone through.
Look at the riot of colours!

Balloons
On Saturday, I tried my hands at balloon sculpting for the first time. Made a yellow sausage dog.
Then I came across this video about the awesome work of Jason Hackenwerth on SwissMiss.
Were you blown away?

A*Live Sep 09
It is wonderful meeting everyone again for this month's ATC live trade session at Bishan Library.
Our theme was "A Way with Words" and there were very creative pieces.
These were created by Terence and inspired by Teochew and Indian sayings. Click on the photo to find out more.
We also had the pleasure of being guided by Jasper in trying out paper glazing.
Look at the gorgeous gleaming pieces we made.
Join us for the next ATC session on 8 Oct, 6.30 to 8.30 pm, Bishan Library. The theme is "Self Portrait".

No Kidding
It is so cool an idea to be inspired by the spontaneous creativity of children. See the many wonderful work at Chicken Nugget Lemon Tooty.
