The morning I saw this week's Illustration Friday's theme Breakfast, I read this interesting poem This is Just to Say by William Carlos Williams.

Ellen Langer had this poem in her book On Becoming an Artist and she says "To invest the mundane with meaning and beauty, and in so doing to make the world personal, is to live a personal renaissance."

ATC on Parade 2010

It's time for the countdown to the 3rd annual Artist Trading Card exhbition - ATC on Parade.

This time, we will be at 2 locations: 5 to 12 Aug at Bishan Library and 13 to 19 Aug at Ang Mo Kio Library. We are expecting over 200 ATCs to be on display.

A*Live July 2010

We had a good turn out this evening. It was great listening to Elizabeth share with us her journeys on 'roads less travelled' - her stories, wit and photographs were most inspiring.

There was also excitement about the forthcoming ATC on Parade exhibition from 5 to 19 August. We are all gearing up for it.


It has now become a regular to have a slight extension of time over a cuppa at the nearby food centre.
