A pleasant morning today spent at Margaret Drive with fellow
sketchwalkers.
This place used to be my usual lunchtime haunt when I was working at Kay Siang. With a few buildings demolished, the place already looks desolate.
I especially like this piece that showed the majestic trees that must have witnessed the heydays of this area. Could they have been there even before the buildings?

What a beautiful little watercolor here! I really like how you spoke about this post - about the trees and your thoughts on this. Makes me want to get out earlier more often and do more drawing.
